10 Mins out with HID and 2 incidents! LONG

I installed my HID yesterday and was unable to drive with them at night due to a previous engaugement. So tonight I installed my polished valve cover, and was ready to see the power of 8000k HID! About 5 mins from my house I was stopped at a redlight listening to the radio. I hear a BOOM and my car lurches forward! Im like oh $hit, and get that really ****ed off look on my face, some1 rearended me! I pulled over and looked at the back of my car, luckily its all kool. There is a black mark, doesnt look deep im sure it can be buffed out. The guy driving is some drunk midget(seriously and its actually a car full of drunk midgets), he apoligises and i say its all kool. Then I dont want this guy driving behind me so I turn and go to the next street over and stop at a stoplight. I got my music goin, and windows down. I see a group of 4 african americans comming to my car, so im like could this get any worse. Then they start talking to me about how they hate rich white guys, so im thinking this is great im getting verbally insulted, and got rear ended 2 mins earlier. The light turns green, my HAI screams, and I do a huge peel out into my turn, the guys are like . So I just came home to relieve my anger I posted here. Also about 15 cars flashed their brights at me, so my HIDs are plenty bright for me. I will reccomend the 8000k Hanabi Kit from Freddie. It looks so badas$ and is realllly bright, it lights up the whole street, and is easy to install! Thanks for reading.

It doesn't bother you that your HID's are blinding other people?

Definetly aim your headlights down... do others on the road a favor and avoid a ticket...

That's really bizarre, because how does a 97 I30 imply rich person at all? It's a 7-9k car. That really doesn't make any sense, a new Hyundai Elantra costs at least 4 grand more. They must have fronted you for some other reason. You should aim or take off those HID's, for that many people to flash you they're not aimed. I've ridden in my friend's 323 with Xenon and nobody flashes him.

Not to flame but one in good condition can go as high as $14k... check auto trader...

But yeah I30 usually doesn't imply rich... even an I35 is usually upper middle class...not rich.

Do others a favor and reaim your HIDs down just a bit, dont ruin it for everyone else in the US!!!!I myself own HIDs and will be pist off if they became illegal becuase careless people who have them wont re aim them, besides you may get a ticket if you blind a cop from the opposite side so keep that one in mind!

Too Bad...I got the stock HIDs which are aimed correctly, and have been high-beamed a couple times. F*ck em I didn't do anything.

people used to flash me when I had my PIAAs, now I have 'HID'bulbs hehe no one flashes me

but when you buy an aftermarket kit you HAVE to adjust it and make sure the cut off is very clear otherwise I not only will flash you but i will busta u and cut you off!

The lack of consideration by most drivers really ticks me off sometimes.
