AH, the most problimatic weekend ever... !!!!!

Well here you go -

Job = Fired
New Job = Little $$$
Airbag kit = High maintenance, needs money, no money to give, must sell..
Credit Card Bill = $2000.00
Accident Bill = $800.00 (deductible + dual exhaust repair)
RCA Wires = 2 Dead, 1 Dying (2 replaced still not working well)
Air Conditioning = Not quite a working option anymore (no clue)
Carbon fiber hood when not held down with hood pins = CRACKED windshield when hood flipped up at 30mph (my fault kinda)

Needless to say, this weekend sucked big nuts.. Now the good news, hahahahahahah RIGHT!!!

The air suspension will be for sale in the For Sale Forum, and you if you can help me sell that, it's going with lots of stuff.

Soooo, that sucks that I just got the air kit and now I can't afford it, nor wait on it, because I have to pay for rent for my apartment and for some thing called college... really sucks when you don't plan for things.

Take Care all,

Jason

If you remove all car-related issues, then all you've got left is being fired, low-pay on the new job, and credit card bills. If you figure out how much you can pay back per month, make a plan and stick to it, you can get rid of the credit card bill. Just do not charge more than you can pay in a month so you don't increase the balance. If you find a better job, which should be doable, then presto. All your problems are solved!

I wouldn't sweat it too much. After reading about Ming's situation, whatever problems I had seem like nothing.

No bags after all. But like Cumalot said, this is NOTHING compared to what has happened to others. Be happy that you are still fine, you have a job, go to school, and still have a very modded gorgeous Maxima. The bags may come again after time.

Bad things always seem to come in large numbers. Things will look up for you in the near future. A couple of words of advice though, it is VERY unwise to spend money you don't have (carrying credit card debt) and to live paycheck to paycheck. Credit card interest rates are insanely high and getting out of the debt take a lot of time when you don't have much money. If you can't pay off what you're charging by the time you get the credit card bill, obviously you can't afford the item. Getting into bad habits when you're young will only lead to MAJOR problems when you get older and have more money. There are way too many people I personally know that make a lot more money than myself, have nicer homes, drive fancier cars, eat out every night, and pretty much live a high status life. The hard truth is they own very little of what they have. I make less than all of my friends yet I've got a ton more accumulated wealth and I outright own everything I have (except the house) and I don't carry credit card debt. Right now, if I was fired, I could continue living my current lifestyle for ~2 years before needing to get a job.

On average, doctors, lawyers, accountants, and excutives are some of the worst people when it comes to overspending what they make. In many cases, the people that make the most money usually have very little accumulated wealth. Don't get stuck in the rut. It's hard to dig out of and you'll never retire.

i'm trapped between finding a place to live, work and caught up between colleges, plus i need to buy another car ASAP. I have no time for this since i'm going to be working 82 hours a week for the next 2 weeks, then it's time for school and i need all those things when i start.

Shadow fired you? why?

I didn't fire him, it was a summer job he got laid off from due to budget cutbacks. I'm actually working out the details of getting him to do more work for me.
