and as for the easiest way, make a template using paper and then cut out the mesh using some wire cutters. Also i suggest you put some clear coat to make sure it dosent rust up in the future.

 

i personally would leave it body color
black would look cool though considering how nice it looks on 1MAX2NV's car.

 

1MAX2NV's car gave the idea, so what im thinking about doing now is getting a back grill, paiting the mesh black and doing the AE head lights to give it some contrast.

A black Max with the silver grill looks good but in your case I'd leave it. Do you have the mesh grill on top of the original grill? If so the original grill will show up too well if the mesh is black and it won't look very pretty. I know because it tried it.
At least the mesh will make you stand out from the run of the mill Max thats driven by the non-enthusiast folks.
