Raybestos Noise Solution pads

I've read the mostly positive reviews about the Raybestos Quiet Stop pads here, but has anyone tried their Noise Solution pads?

Daniel B. uses them. They are organic pads, so you'll have OEM performance.

I miss DBM. Actually, I already found that thread through search, but if I read it correctly, I don't think he ever said he used them. He just mentioned something about them being "shimless". And according to Raybestos' site, they are semi-metallic.

Hmmmm....I've seen him reference the Raybestos pads before. I was thinking it was those in particular for some reason. Perhaps he was just using their "el-cheapo" series.

voltman,

I'm not finding squat about anyone's impressions with these pads......but you can be our guinea pig.

Perhaps a quick search of various sr20de.net, sentra, hon-duh or toyota or vwvortex, etc. can at least get you some real-world impression of these pads.

Google, dot orgy, yahoo is coming up with nothing but fluffy press releases.

It's cool. User feedback can only do so much. Besides, worst case scenario is I get them and if they suck, I'll replace them with the warranty. (Actually, worst case is I step on the pedal and I don't slow down, but whatever.)
