man that friggin sucks....I'm so afraid cuz I still have my factory alarm. Your insurance covered anything installed??? Tell me what insurance you have..i might have to switch (Mercury sucks ***...not worth the low price...but duh!)

Thanks Casey . I have Geico insurance, it's about $150 a month here in WA, which really sucks since I used to pay $90 a month in Cali. I don't know that they are going to cover everything installed yet, that's just what the lady on the phone said. So far, the retail price of everything stolen that they can replace is $1600, not including all the damage to the car...

My car is only about 25 ft. from my bedroom, and I didn't hear a thing last night...
My suggestion: Get a cheap CD burner (~$100 = 8-9 CDs!) and burn the CDs you want to play in the car. You won't be too bothered if someone jacks the $0.02 CD-R. Think of it as insurance for your CDs.

Don't feel too bad that you didn't wake up. A few years back, an idiot almost crashed into our house, under my bedroom, and my parents had to wake me up!
