Alternative SC to the Vortech ?????>>>>
http://www.z-engineering.com/FrameMaster.htm I have been following this SC for awhile and according to people that have installed this unit, it is whisper quiet, does not whine, can not hear the gears, etc. Also very easy to install, I have heard that to install it, many people have done it in 3 hours. Also very reliable. The horsepower increase with this SC seems to be about the same as the Vortech model. On a Volkswagen VR6 it has been dynoed at making approx. 225 FWHP which is pretty close to what the Vortech is making am I correct ?? Also I guess depending on the kit design, on the VW VR6 engine, if the SC belt breaks the car still runs fine as a normally aspirated car, the alternator, AC, etc, are not affected because they are still running their own belts. I wonder if someone can retrofit this SC to be used in our cars, would be a great alternative to the Stillen kit. Maybe with competition the Stillen one would go down in price. This kit I also believe is being made to fit in the Miata too.
y yes. i think so.
