Got Air Horns? Please Read...

Okay, as I'm sure everyone knows, my car was recently broken into... I have been wanting to get airhorns for a while, because I hate how quite IMO the stock horn sounds, and I use my horn quite often when I get cut off, I want people to hear it! Well, I plan on putting an alarm in now, stupid me, and I want everyone for a 5 block radius to know my car is being messed with if the alarm goes off, and be able to stop a heart with the sound of my horn if I'm cut off... I want jet engine loud... I figure, stock horn, alarm, and air horns all connected right? First off, will this work, and second, who makes the best air horns? I haven't been able to find any I like so far, they all sound weak or cheesy... any help much appreciated...

not too shure about them with an aftermarket alarm but I have my tripple FIAMM horns hooked up with the stock horns so they come on with the stock alarm and horn button. I heard that the FIAMM models are louder than Hella but Im not too shure. I guess it depends on the compressor size

I have Hella Air Horns. They are freakin loud, over 120db. They were only 40 bucks from a local shop and i put them in and took out the stock horns. When my alarm goes off, people know about it.

Do you remember the name of the shop? Would a place like Pepboys or autozone sell it? I really need to change my horn. It sounds like someone continously singing with a cracked voice. It's embarrising when my friends ask, "What the hell is that?!"

If you can go to a junk yard and get one off of an early-mid 90's Buick Roadmaster. It's not that loud on the inside, but it sounds like a boat horn on the outside.

fiamms suck so bad.

what you really want are air horns for trucks. I'm not sure where to get them. but you'll know how badass it will be when you see the size of that compressor

It's the shop that did all the electronics for my car. Beverly Hills Auto Resort, they are located in basking ridge, NJ. They have pretty much everything there that you could want, including the horns. If you need an address or directions let me know.

Thanks. I got the Big Rig FIAMM horn from Autozone. The maximum sound with 132 decibles. When I opened the hood, I noticed a horn on the passsenger side. I switched that one out with the Low Tone FIAMM horn. That sucker is loud. Unfortnately, I found out that the horn on the frn of my car doesn't work. Maybe the horn is bad since both of them worked on my dad's 95 GLE. I gonna swap out the front horn and install the FIAMM high tone horn. Down here in New Orleans, the people don't know how to drive. Moreover, over on my school's campus, many of the "ballers" hog of the roads while talking to girls. Heck, if I can't get through, then they won't have their conversation with my new horns blaring.
