NOS kit is finally installed BUT ....
of finally got my kit installed. but i have a problem. I CAN'T SQUEEZE!?!?!?!?!? WTF!?!!?!? i thinks it maybe something with the fpss not turning on because with a .42 bypass jet my fuel pressure is at 48 psi. we threw in a .36 jet and still 48 psi. my fuel pressure goes no where. D@mn thing i am so tired and ****ed off right now.
what the h3ll is going on here. i thought the bypass jet was suppose to bump the fuel pressure while the kit is on. nothing it does not work. man its just sitting there teasing me right now. any one have any ideas.
oh and another thing i have one of those spark plug gapper disc thingies. now which side do i use the side that goes in encriments of 1.2 or do i use the back side which goes by .40, .41, .42 and so on.
just venting and would appreciate help please.

Hey, Bro...can you list what parts you have on and supposedly what the order of operation is that you expect...it would help if we can determine a step missed on install or operation...always willing to help.
i set everythingthe way its shows in the instructions. the only difference is that i add a momentary switch in front of the wot switch. what im saying is that if my fuel presure is not at 50psi then the fpss will not let the solenoids open up right. my fuel pressure at wot is still at 48psi according to my fuel presure gauge.

Do you have the fuel pressure safety switch (fpss) installed? If you do, and you have not "tuned" it, that will cause your system to not work. The best thing to do is to ground off the fpss and do some trial runs. All you do is connect the ground wire going to the fpss to the other post that connects to the solenoid. Now, try this and see if it works.
Also, did you zip tie all of those vacuum lines coming and going from the solenoids and the fuel pressure regulator (fpr)? If you have not, I would do so immediately. When my kit didn't work, it turned out that I had missed a zip-tie on the vacuum hose that connects to the fpr and that was causing my system to kick on and kick off sparatically when on the bottle. Hope this helps.

wrong to it out for a test drive and again nothing. no nitrous and the fuel pressure did not increase.
now does anyone have any ideas about why. is the nitrous presure regulator effecting the system under load??? is the nitrous presure regulator suppose to be adjustable?????
here is teh other thing. the cap on the nitrous presure reulator can screw on and off. when i losen the cap fuel pressure goes up to 46 psi and stays there. even if i rev. and when i screw the cap on tight fuel pressure returns to normal.
what the heck is going on????
