Found this pic online, how does it do that? is it just like jay's mod but sideways? Also notice that white and black, now flat black, max in the back with the white rims

 

Won't the spoiler hit? I don't like it, I think Jay's mod looks much better. And I see that Max in the back... good thing it's all black.

and the max in the back right hand corner .. is it a max? looks like an accord or/galant/lancer to me

okay.. here's how to do that to your trunk..

Open the trunk lid

take off the two bolts on the swing arm on the right side (10mm socket)

pull the trunk lid down, and watch the magic happen.

Not even on the lexus is300? If i got that car i would try to change it to red/regular taillights. Just to be different though because I think it looks great!
