Boost questions

So i'm boosting soon....... not sure whether it'll be a sc or custom turbo.

Here's my questions, on stock boost with either application.

1) Do I need a higher rated fuel pump at stock boost? I already know you do when you up boost.
2) Do I need to use one step colder plugs; likewise I've read people that did and did not do this on stock boost.
3) How much is a conservative estimate of the total cost of a stillen s/c with all guages etc. don't include labor on anything. Assume everything is new. I need to know cost of the bare necessity to monitor the system.

- assuming I raise boost to 10.5 later will my auto tranny hold the boost without slipping?

If you are asking these kinds of questions, I going to recommend searching. Not because it's been discussed but for the information you will get/need/want/appreciate along the way. ie.. installation types, possible problems etc..

I've read posts but I really need a synopsis because there are so many variations in people's setups, I'm looking for the bare minimum......
Besides those who have done setups know this info and it takes them a minute to post as opposed to me searching for hours. =D

I know for sure i'll need

1) whatever boost kit that I'm getting
2) boost/ oil guages.

what else?

OK... for the Stillen V2 kit... nothing extra "needed" but you may want to hook up the included aux fuel pump to run full time and get metal pulleys.

You're on your own for the turbo.
