I took my ride to a paint shop to get a quote on installing my trunk spoiler. They were the cheapest which was $225. I was told if I wanted to have the Hood repainted due to scratches and a couple of chips,The bumpers,Trunk which has two dents from pushing the car in a snow storm last year in NY. Install the trunk spoiler and painted. He said he uses three coats of clear coating. The price 650.00. What do you think guys?

I dont know for some reason everyone wants at least $250.00 to paint and attach the spoiler. I was referred to one guy and he qouted me $75. The area is real crappy and I dont want to leave my car there. How long did it take to complete the job?

Mine also was only $150 painted and installed. They need the spoiler for a few days to paint it, then it only takes 30 min to 45 min to install.

man , i looked for a shop everywhere. I even went to Macco, they wanted $295! Its Macco for crying out loud, I can get my whole car repainted for that there. Not well, but its the idea of it. Anywho, just keep looking, you find something. Also when you ask the price when you call , throw in a nice low but sure price at some other shop, that might help.

hmm...

sounds pricey to me, my friend got it painted and installed for 200 and my other friends laughed at him... keep looking around. if anything installing the spoiler doesn't seem that hard, its just getting the ***** to drill into the trunk. i am sure someone on the board an give wiring instructions, so maybe you can just get it painted.

ohh well good luck!

Jules
