"New" Maxima commercial, is Nissan this cheap?
Ok, how many other people think that Nissan is cheap to reuse the 2K Maxima commercial with the sunset and change the pics of the front of the car, but when it is accelerating it still has the 2K SE rear and interior (Still 5-speed shift ****)? If you are gonna edit the front, how hard can it be to edit the rear and other parts also? Yes I know it would involve reshoting the whole thing, but the car is different. Maybe it is just me, but I think they could have done better.

I noticed that tonight. I thought that I was just seeing it wrong when it showed the back but the headlights aren't HID are they. At least they didn't look like it on the commercial.Yea, I did think that it was kinda cheap.

I saw the "old" 2k Maxima yesterday night as well. They didn't change anything on it, except for the end, where it said "The 255 Nissan Maxima" and instead of "Nissan Driven" it flashed up "Shift" followed by a bunch of subliminal message type words, like "excitement", "adrenaline", "fun", etc...(okay those may not be the exact words, but you know what I mean if you saw the commercial).
And yes, I thought it was silly to use the old 2k for the new ad. But you know what, 99% of TV viewers cannot tell the difference, so in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter.
