Blues in Massachusetts, Law??

Anyone know what the penalty is in Massachusetts for all blue lights in the front of the car, blinkers mostly. Can you usually get out of tickets etc, or do cops not cut people brakes with this sort of thing? Any stories, info would be helpful. Thanks

most of my friends have gotten busted for having blues in their blinkers. every time the cop has told them to switch them and given them a warning. i only know of a few people who have gotten fines for them. u can get away with it but it will get the cops attention and they are illegal.

Can you explain *why* you want blue lights in front when you know they're illegal? Even if you can get out of the ticket, you're setting yourself up to spend plenty of time in courts getting the fines waived.

Dude, spend your time wondering about what you can do to your car that's original... quit wondering about the consequences of doing the exact same thing to your car that all the Honduh Xtreme Racer-boys do to their Civics. You're trying to fit in with the wrong crowd.

Edit: Also, ditto what wannabe said.

If you don't have anything good to post, or anything helpful, don't respond to my f'n thread, I don't wanna waste my time reading what you say, even though I only read the first line and stopped, your opinions are worthless to me. Thanks for the good info from you other guys though

Use the ignore function if you don't want to read what they have to say.

You can post what you want ... and guess what, so can they.

i think brendan was referring to hyperwhites in the front, not straight up completely blue.

Sorry Brendan, I didn't read everything you wrote, cuz I guessed that you were prolly gonna flame me... so just remember: unlike blue lights on the front of a car, clear corners aren't illegal as long as they have amber bulbs (mine do).

Did you think of anything original yet? I'll post a pic tomorrow of something original I did with the Nissan burger on my grille if anybody is interested (painted all semi-gloss black and then filled in the "NISSAN" letters with body color - dark green metallic).

Jepht - I dunno, he said blue, and trust me I have seen some homosexual blue lights on Civics and Accords.

I meant blues, not hyperwhite. I'm not doing it, I was wondering. Easy enough. 2k2, it was geared more towards justmax, sorry bro.
