No exhaust, decent breathing, wild cams, better timing, bigger jets... no problem.
I would like to see what they put in to the Le Mans / ALMS LMP-675 Nissan engine.
(oh, and last year Renault was toying with the idea of badging it's 3L, V10, 750+ HP, 17500+ RPM engine a Nissan.)
How about a WQ80DETTT? something serious!

Guess what guys Nissan is selling 350Z RACE PREPPED! they are selling them for $75,000 to the racing folk. It nice they Bored out the VQ to 3.6ltrs. and your never going to believe this its got a drool inducing 450HP......Mmmmmmm
