Almost forgot. Mild steel may not be my material of choice -- I've gone over to 100% stainless fabrication on the Y-pipes -- but I've got a few gen4 JetHot pipes left that I'll sell for $250 (down from $335).

Not stainless, but these are fine pipes, keeping in mind the corrosion resistance, and perhaps more importantly, the thermal insulation properties of the JetHot material.

Available as long as they last, and there aren't many. Great way to access the power of the Y, at a real value price.

Any questions can be directed to <cattman@azstarnet.com>. [I'm offline for the rest of the day.]

the Cattman JetHot y-pipe, especially the gen4 version, is a strong design and more than a match for any other mild steel pipe out there.

The only caveat is that I don't think the JetHOt coating, although guaranteed by JetHot for life, stands up to real severe winters as well as it should. Not an issue in more moderate climates.

There you go, full disclosure. Make your decision accordingly.

Thanks for your Honesty Brian

yeah thats what i heard but i didn't want to speak negatively of a product unless i know first hand it is not a good product..

Problem is in my area winters get messy .. salt on the road is in abundant amounts now to the point where it is rediculous..

Looks like i'll just hold out for anohter month and get the SS pipe..
