Guys,

I am considering getting a Joshua Tree Wood Trim Kit for my 96 SE w/ Auto trans and was looking some assistance. The car has a beige leather interior (Door panels and seats). The dash though, is predominatly dark brown while the center console (climate controls, radio controls and gear selector) and trim around the guage cluster is flat black. I am starting to really dislike the black plastic and was considering a wood kit.

Has anyone had any problems with:

Quality (Looks cheap, breaks easily, edges raise over time etc.)

Fitment (Pieces don't fit right, appear to raised from the original surface etc.)

Fading

Or I was thinking of covering the fat black with the carbon fiber. Any issues that I should be aware of.

Thanks for the assistance.

FYI, I am an old BBS reader from the days of Evan's sight (late 98-early 99) but I have been out of the loop for a while. The site looks impressive, very official. I think I just might get back into the swing of things again.
