imo

the rstb won't be as effective as the fstb. because just look at how the car is built on the rear half of the car. u already got a frame taht supports those and keeps them apart. it'll help but not as much. that lil' sucker also takes up alotta trunk space. i say go with a subwoofer box and stuff it in between the shock towers.

hummm

i have rstb , fstb, rsb
installed the fstb first
honestly
I can feel the diff with the fstb
not as mush with the rstb
but the RSB
that also makes a difference you can feel.....
given you have a winding road/track you can test drive on.
that is what i did....
I drive the car before installing the items through the road/track a few times
Install it
and drive it again
a few times
feel the difference.

Not really. When I installed the RSTB I noticed my steering got more loose! If you want to "complete the set of bars" then get the RSTB. But it won't improve handling noticeably.
