How well does your engine run? I would first do a compression test. If all is well then I would check the condition of your transmission. Have the fluid analized. How is the shifting? Laggy?

If everything checks out well then you should be fine. I ran nitrous in my car for over a year w/o any problems. I just sold the car and it is still problem free according to the new owner.

Just wondering...does the new owner know that you installed the NOS system?

I can't imagine that would be good for re-sale.

I had over 90,000 miles on my car when I put the nitrous in. I ran a full bottle every week for 30,000 miles without any problems. The car went back to stock and the tranny and engine drive like the day I got it. {I also ran at the track many times}

As long as it is setup and used right it seems most people do not run into any problems.

I have 140K+ miles and I just put on my NOS dry kit about a month ago, no problems what so ever. If your car is well taken car of you should be fine.

I have 172,000 miles on my max, and I spray every chance I get!!! Seriously, if you know your vehicle well enough, you should know whether or not to spray, it's that simple. Do a compression test to start, then the rest will fall in place...

How much is a fill up? Do you have a 10 lb or 15 lb bottle? How many runs on your bottle?

Depends on how long you juice it for.

E, for buddah's sake, just get the kit!!!!! I'm gonna be 50, and you'll still be deciding.

Seriously though, it's 60 bones to refill the bottle. It is too hard to determine how many runs you get out of a bottle if you've never tracked it purely on juice. Mike at D.L MotorSports(one of the best shops in the country, and is the main tuner in ontario/DPE-runs 675hp on his MR2) says roughly 2.5 minutes per bottle...but don't forget, you only spray for a couple of seconds here and there...so it lasts quite long. Only on long stretches of road do you really feel the true power of nitrous. Going from 65-190....

lol ... I gotta sell my two remaining MOMO kits ... the brake pads I have ... then I'll have almost enough US funds lined up to get the NX kit ... I'm going to get it in December when a buddy of mine drives up from NY.

sheesh ... I don't know who's more anxious .. u or me!

You bought yours used twice. Do you think the first owner told the second owner everything or the last guy told you every single thing. Remember all sellers want you to think it was only driven by the little old lady carefully on her way to the market and back. Never that it saw the drag strip or even lets say the local AutoX event.
