General question:

I'm 21 years old and i have a horrible driving record...about 7 speeding tickets in the past 3 years, anyone know of any cheap insurance i could get? i don't care how ghetto it is all i want is pip and liability so i can get my tag renewed (its about 4 months expireded right now). I don't have insurance right now cause the company i was with before way insanely stupid so i've lasped for about a year, although my license is still valid cause the company never reported my lapse to the dmv... Well any suggestions who's cheap?
