Wiper Problem

I bought some Tripple edge wipers from walmart for my 2001 I30t and the size the little computer told me was 24 for the drivers side and 17 for the passengers side. Well i put them both on and the first problem was that they both were a little short compared to the older lines. second problem was that the drivers side blade wasnt on tightly even though when i put it in it snapped. Thats not my problem, my question was is it common that the blade is little short. or is size 24 not the right one. the orriginal one i messured was 25.5 inches.

If you measured 25.5 and you baught 24, you have the wrong size.

I never trust those in store guides. I bring the wiper in the store with me to compare sizes. Haven't gotten the wrong size yet!!!

not all wipers are the same size. For example a 24" wiper may vary slightly between brands.

I would exchange it for a bigger/smaller one. If they give you a problem tell them their computer is wrong.
