I'm in the market for a 97-99 5 speed max, and I'm trying to buy either a black, silver, or red max. My main question is when was the gray color introduced? On 1max2nv's car, his gray color seems to look different than the gray color I see on 98 Maximas. Since his is a 99 SE-L, does that mean his gray color is different than the 97-98 gray Maximas? Or am I just looking too hard at his picture? I also have never seen a gray 97....do they exist?

Also, how does the paint quality of the gray compare to black, and the 99 SEL Red?
