Maximaman...maybe you're confusing me with someone else. When I first came here for pics, someone said that another guy promised calendars but never delivered.....I'm delivering.

When I get home from school I'll do a little webpage with all the necessary info...that was just a little teaser.
Off the top of my head...it'll cost $23 shipped, and I wont go to print till I receive all orders. The due date for orders is December 10, so people should start getting theirs within a week after that. As far as payment is concerned, I take money orders...its just safer. Next year I'll set up paypal for those who prefer that. All this info and more will be coming soon, along with how to format order (i'll need your board screen name and home board, as well as AIM SN where applicable). I'll post more updates either later tonight or over the weekend. Any questions, you can either post here or email nissancalendar@yahoo.com . Thanks

Andre, I suggest you remove IMMEDIATELY the pictures in your advertisement, as you have STOLEN COPYRIGHTED PICTURES FROM MY SITE.

Now.

I have also contacted the rightful owners of the pictures of those 2k2 Altimas you are using off my site, and I will have them contact you as well.

Thanks
Alex

Just a suggestion based on what I just read. What if you got companies to sponsor you in exchange for ad space on the calander? That could help take off the edge of the calander price and more people may want to buy it if the price was less than $23. And for example, if SW Autoworks was featured in your calandar they might not mind you using some of their pictures?

The calandar looks good so far man, good work.

Re: The nerve!!!!!

i'm sure every pic checks out to the owner. I remember you asking for pics through e-mail donation and there were even a few forum posts where people posted pics on the spot. The only problem could've been people giving you pics that didn't belong to them at which point you were misled.

If I were you, i'd get a good digital camera and take a picture of the car photos as they are on your screen (make them full screen with photoshop and watch out for glare). It's like photographing the Mona Lisa or something like that. Not copyright infringement as long as you state that it's a picture of a picture. Photography can be tricky sometimes. Hope all goes well...

As I said elsewhere on this site, and on other site, all pics were contributed. I didn't get to post last night since this thread was locked. And I dont appreciate my name being thrown around without all the facts being set straight. Check this out...all pics are accounted for.

I had thought about that too, but since I dont know how many calendars will sell etc. I wont know what to charge for the ad space. Besides, I'm just doing this for those who share the same feeling I do, I just want to help make the Nissan community as recognized as the VW or Audi scene.

Thank you

I'm in no way looking for any sympathy...I'm just out to set the record straight, thats all.

By the way, thanks for wishing me well max002, but there's no need to photograph other's photographs....to me thats the same thing.

I unlocked it. Seemed like people are interested in the calendar. And the mods decided that the copyright issue should be settled privately between the two parties involved.

Well yeah. We'll leave the sleezy photographical practices to the large corporations then.. ::cough, Disney, cough::

It does become different when you're selling something vs. making an expressive art assignment for class.

Good luck with your calendars

Thats true max002....I previously had to change it a bit due to some copyright issues. But I got that cleared up, so I went public with it.

As on Altimas.net, Andre, I apologize for jumping down your throat, but I don't apologize for looking out for my customers, which is what I was doing (as well as my own copyrighted good). Good luck with selling your calendars.

Oh yeah, I'm interested in a calandar by the way. I'll be emailing you soon to confirm that.

Ahhhh...it doesn't get any better than this. Last year when I did the sentra calendar, everything was all smooth sailing....this year...it got sooooo much easier. Well, it seems I was supposed to speak to someone on altimas.net about posting the thread, so it got locked. I'm just wondering now if this one will get locked too. Sorry, I'm just looking back at the last 24 hours....the most fun I've had all week.

pezking4....dont know if you sent the email yet, but I didn't get one. Thanks and later.
