I think the bigger red top has the same spec as this orange top. They are bascially the same battery but the red top has the standard posts while the orange top has the reversed posts.
With Orange top, you don't have to strech the cables as much to reach the terminials. Both will work anyway. I just happen to saw this one at the store and decide to get this one instead of the red top. Same price.

Take a look at Don's engine picture. I know it's kind of small. Anyway, you will notice the terminals are more towards the front of the car. If you turn the battery 180 degrees around where the terminals are towards the rear of the car just like the OEM battery. The + and - would be in the wrong position. So people with the red top turns it around, and strech the cables to fit on the posts. The orange top have the posts at the same location as the OEM battery. Anyway, neither the red top or the orange top are a perfect fit on the Maxima. All of them are too short, so I had to put two pieces of wood underneath it to boost it up.
