Car almost stalled...need HELP!

Ok just now when i went to start my car, it kinda took a little while to crank over. When it did the rpms went to 1500 den dropped to almost zero, than back up to 1500 and started to idle. Any ideas why this happened?

you need to clean your throttle body..
