I've tried and tried and tried...how the hell do I work an ohm meter?
I think that's what it's called...
I've been trying to check my coil packs as I think that one
of them is bad. Therfore, I've been connecting my Ohm Meter
to the pins in the coil pack and received equal readings (well,
close enough -- from .424 to .434) for all six.
I'm frustrated because Haynes says one thing, the .org says another,
and I can't get readings to match EITHER of them.
so, first question:
What settings should the ohm meter be on?
What terminals should the ohm meter be plugged into?
Now, I realize that everyone's meter might be different, just tell
me what you do for yours...
Also, if I received equal readings (even if they're not what I
was looking for) do you think it's fair to say that the packs are OK?
THANK YOU ALL!!!
