Doesn't anyone care besides the people in California? Shouldn't this be in the regional forum?

Yours is. Stillen Intakes are C.A.R.B.-approved through the 1998 model year. They are not approved for model years after 1998.

California has the toughest emissions laws in the nation. Several states follow the California standards. So yes, more than just Californians care about C.A.R.B. regulations and no, this should not be in the regional forum.
