Coilovers: Do you use stock springs?

Do the coil over kits come with springs specific to the coil-over system (like Carreras do) or do you guys use the stock Maxima springs? Are they stiff enough?

Coilovers have they own springs. Usually they are a LOT shorter than stock springs and a lot stiffer...

coilover springs usually look like this:

BTW the ground control kits for the maxima are like this... just a threaded sleeve with springs.
