Surfing around I stumbled upon this. Its pretty interesting and looks easy to produce I'm going to give it a shot on the mini-van before I do it on the max.

We need big square angel eyes to go with our big square headlights.

Or small round projector headlights to go with small round angel eyes

Why don't the LEDs go all the way around? It looks ugly with a 3/4 circle.

I believe the ones on the market for BMW's don't either, they're just less noticeable.

Depends on which brand you get. You can get the In.pro ones that use some sort of wedge bulb and then convert it to LED's or you can get Demon Eyes from Omnitec that are going to use Fiber optics and a special casing. The thing is, with the LED's, our community have gotten pretty good results on the In.Pro's because of the type of resistors we use and everything. We also came up with a method of reflecting even more light around the entire eye on the LED's. Do a search on DTMPower.net for Angel Eyes LED Conversion. You'll get many threads.
