Guys with EVO5's

I have a 3rd gen and just got some 18X8 EVO5's. Can anyone tell me what size and type of lug nuts I'm going to need? Thanks in advance!

I believe the thread size is 1.5 and the lug pattern which im sure you know is 5x114.3. you should be able to go into any auto store and take one of your lugs in with you and ask someone who works there or they might have a couple lug bolts out with threads and you just test the lug that you took off your car and find the right size. once you get the correct size there are a bunch of different types of lugs. hope this helps

I think you will need a 12mm x1.5mm open lug nut with a 17mm top. You need something that has a very small top so the socket/wrench would fit through the very tight small lug hole opening. And should cost you around $15 and up for a complete set. I used to own a set of 18" RH C2 Evolution rim.

That's what I thought too but after seeing the mixed opinions in this thread, I'm even more unsure. That's two people who say 1.5. Things that make you go hmm...

It's 1.25, I'm pretty sure of it. I ordered a set of McGard lug nuts in 1.25 size and they fit on my car. I have a 4th gen though, not sure if it's different on other gens.
