I got the carbon fiber from them. I am happy with it. I got the kit from them because they will let you buy just the peices you want. JT would not let me do that.

Is there a place where I can order only a few peices? Like if they're missing or broken or something?

Yeh I would definitely go with these wooddash.com guys. Make sure to order the B&I manufactured kit not the Spectrum one. The Spectrum ones (the ones Joshua Tree sells) tend to have gaps and I have been quite displeased (despite two kits, extra pieces, and lots of trying) with the fits and looks..

BEWARE

I got my brushed aluminum dash from them and it fit horribly. they offered me no assistance in the matter and basically hung up the phone on me. I would recommened staying away from that company. I am going to take it all off and buy a joshua tree kit. They have great customer service, which is what business is all about.

Well hey, u might want to think this one over. I agree Mike at JT is cool and helpful, but I'd hasten to point out that for many of their products Mike gets them from the same place as these guys.

The kits I got from JT were pretty bad -- very poor fit. Mike buys those kits from a company called Spectrum (same as some of the kits from WoodDash.com come from) but WoodDash.com also gets kits from B&I. The B&I's fit much better, and they are the ones dealers use. My project this spring is to re-do my dash with a B&I kit from WoodDash.com and take out my JT kit.

Re: Re: BEWARE

When you have a dash kit on, does it tend to fall off at all when you are pulling the center console out to get at the radio? That's one reason why I haven't gotten a dash kit yet.

100% agreed --- after 3 month of haggling with these people and 3 shifter peices later, none of the fit correctly. I have just settled for the "best" because it is just not worth my time...I urge you not to buy from Alkaplus...

JT (Spectrum) may not have the best fitting kit, but customer service counts.
I hate headache when it comes to dealing with bad C/S.

And I am not going back to those 1010XXX. AT&T rules!

Looks like we have a decision

Seems that about 90% of everyone here agrees that ALKAPLUS has horrible customer service and recommeneds to stay away from them. Well Russ2kse, hope this helped your decision, I wish i had people like this telling me to stay away from them before i bought it.

Crap!!! I just bought two kits

I just placed an order tonight for 2 kits (different styles of wood) and I wonder if I should cancel it. I couldn't decide if which trim I wanted so I ordered both and was planning on returning the one I didn't want. I don't care to much about the cust service, just quality. My question is, does it fit okay? I was a little confused with what people were saying about the fit of this kit.

95 Maxima Auto Transmission
I'm trying the two burlwood kits.

Well, good luck...if you don't like them just sell them on ebay if you can't return them. The main problem with my kit was the shifter piece. They had sent me an AUTO first and it looked pretty good with fit, but I need the MANUAL, which is cut horribly. There are come gaps too...
