Carchip OBDII interface system
Carchip OBDII interface system
This was on Tech TV tonight:
http://www.techtv.com/news/products/...410327,00.html
An article about an OBDII interface system called Carchip. I did a search and didn't get any matches for 'carchip' so I dunno if anyone's tossed this particular one out in the forums before. I've seen other systems that have cost more than $139 (like...$350, $450ish). I'm not too big on the differences between OBDII over the years - any reason this wouldn't work on maximas (and even though they say 1996 and newer vehicles, why not 1995?)
Thanks for any suggestions
edit: The $179 version seems cool too, for the price.
I figured it's ok for 95s since as far as I know (and haynes can back me up) 95+ are OBD-II. But didn't know if there were any variations of OBD-II at all.
