Ha... sux for you man...
Depends on the chemistry.. and why are you asking a whole bunch of car guys for help with this?? find some smart chemistry majors!!!

try paint thinner, acetone (nail polish remover), or maybe some sort of alcohol (i always used rubbing alcohol to clean ink off of my canon ink cartridge nozzle)

if it looks like the ink is off but there's a stain, i can only think of one solution... peel your skin off. then stick it in a bucket of salt. itll feel real good. j/p. if your skin is stained, youll just have to wait for the skin cells to die and rub off.. reminds me of the time i superguled my hand togother. not too comfy.

I could think of some ways to get it off but all of them will result in pain. I'm not a chemistry major but I would try some rubbing alcohol and see if that helps. I feel sorry for you..

Clorox is what ink eradicator is. It won't bleach skin, it will make holes in your clothes.
