Headlight Adjusting on 4th gen

I totally forgot wich adjustment rod does what? I need to know what the upper one does and what the lower ones does. I think the upper is up and down adjusting?? Please help!

I think the rod closest to the grill is up down,
I am not a 100% sure though but just try one of the rods and look at your headlight and you will see it move up/down and then you will know for sure.Have fun!

up and down is the upper one..
the lower one is left to right...
