Hey everyone. Just want to say that I always see vendors taking a beating on the .ORG, some of it deserved, some of it not. Personally, I have had almost all GOOD experiences so far. An example would be WARPSPEED PERFORMANCE. I had been sending inquiries to Dallas @ Warpspeed since last May or so regarding the 2002 Y Pipes. He has always been helpful and courteous when I have talked to him. While there were conjectures made on the approximate dates the stuff was supposed to be done, nothing was ever promised or set in stone. Utilizing my fantastic ability to exhibit patience, I waited and waited....until last week. I called Dallas last Monday and told him of my desire to purchase a Y Pipe, a B pipe and a metallic substrate converter. He took my order, charged my credit card and VOILA, my stuff was at my door by Thursday. The Y pipe, B pipe and Cat are on the car and they were definitely worth every penny spent. While I am waiting to DYNO until after I put the 100 shot NOS kit together (heh heh heh), I can tell ya, from the ever famous 'Butt Dyno' that there is a more than VERY noticable difference in the acceleration of the Max. I already had a Stillen rear section on there and, despite what a lot of people said, there was a minimal amount of increase in noise. Needless to say, I just want to send a thumbs up to the guys at Warpspeed and give them a POSITIVE plug. Also, to anyone interested, I straighted up my webpage and added pictures of the interior (page 3). Pics of the exhaust will be added when I get back in the garage to do the NOS. if you have a negative experience with a vendor.. you must never be afraid to express it.. after all it is your experience.. just because we depend on companies doesn't give them the right to not take critisim.. after all.. they depend on us to buy their products.. and how can they improve a product they never know has a problem? how can they improve customer service if they dont' know there is a problem with it?

if it wasnt' for people complaining.. cattman y pipes would not be as good as they are now.. he would have stuck with teh first design that cause multiple problems...

I will agree with you on that point. I think we could post more of the positive ones in addition to those negative ones. That is all I was saying.

 

check the dealership and experiences forum.. or even the 4th Gen forum.. the credit alot of these companies get is remarkable..

i think customaxima's prasie threads out weight his lack of praise threads.. the congrats is there.. you just dont' see them as much because one argues in those threads.. i have seen lots of praise to warpspeed and budjet in lots of threads.. no one cares because its not "news worthy" but the positive ones are there

 

Yes, Greg and Custommaxima.com has always been excellent from what I have seen.
