Poll: Should I convert to a 5spd or get a lsd infiiniti auto tranny

...when my current 2 month old tranny blows...

I'm running... 11 lbs boost..Maximum tuning's stage II beefed up a little more.

235 wide rubber... so I don't expect my tranny to last more than 6 months... tell me otherwise if you think it'll last longer... anyway, vote on whether i should convert or swap in a lsd auto...
Prices

5 spd conversion w/ lsd : 1100 for all parts..

LSD auto and swapping my old vb into this one: ~ 5-600

oh my tranny's fine bro... no slippage at all yet... holding strong... only problem right now is traction...

Oops...I misread it. I know what you are saying. When I had the SC, I planned to do a 5spd swap if the tranny blew. If you think the power is good already with the SC on an auto, just imagine it with a 5spd. I sat in Mardigras and JAY25 5spd SCed Maximas when they were still down here, no contest. Their cars made mine SCed auto look silly. So go with the 5spd swap, you won't regret it. Besides, you got a Maxima guru like Thomas over there to help you.

Tell me more my friend. Do you feel your tranny going. Can you see yoruself putting it in gear and it wont move. Well do what I am doing this summer. LSD 5spd.

I want to know where I can get a 5 speed with lsd, I have been lookign but I am nto sure where exactly to look, got any ideas, websites, or anything, please help.

1. If you want to race and plan on doing 12 or 13 sec 1/4's get the Auto LSD, they are faster.

2. If you just want to mess around on the street do the manual thingy.

3. 14 or 15 second cars are faster with a manual.

That's exactly what I did.. After my auto tranny blew last week using my sc.. I converted to 5spd.. I'm definitely doing the quaife in the summertime... It's a lot better then lsd..

The quaife is a lsd, just not a vlsd like the stock I30t or Canadian Max unit.
