PIAA super white fog light

a friend used those bulbs for about 1 month
but then, it doesnt match his halogen lowbeam light
so he wants to sell them for $50 ca (around $35-40 US)
is that good deal?

I just sold some PIAA Plasma bulbs (used) for $30 and I had them for a couple of weeks.
