2 piston seal kits... $32... and some extra cotter pins, too.
My weekend project...

where did you odrer the cotter pins at? choice of color too?

Since they don't make a "Micro Muscle Machine" of our cars, had to make our own.

They're very helpful with a good discount to boot. You may want to order the rebuild kits too as you will need to pay shipping on <$10 of cotter pins.

I will post a "how to" on the square O-ring replacements when I have it finished.

sweet how long have you had the Wilwoods? how many miles?

Just a little shy of 2 years, but in reality, I wouldn't need to do the rebuilding if I had used up all the original pads. I changed them a few months back and the resulting repositioning (pushed back into calipers) of the pistons is causing my piston bind problems. I'm guessing that with my driving, I could've gone at least 3 years before changing the original Polymatrix D pads and the rebuild that should go with it.

I'll cleanup all the pistons and replace the seals this weekend.
