I was looking at a rust spot under my battery and I was wondering what paint or color would be sprayed there?

It is white.. my car is pearl white.. but it does not look like the same paint.

Or is it the same paint with no clear coat?

Just trying to figure a way to take care of this.. I was going to sand and paint just need to know what paint

you can try sanding off the rust then touch up the area with touch up paint and then wet sand it so that it blends in. Not exactly shure but the engine bay doesnt have the metallic mixed into the paint.

is it the same color as what is on the inside of the door?

do you mean the paint code? correct me if im wrong but its the same color but they dont mix in the metallic when they paint the engine bay
