Mice are nesting in my engine!!...
The little buggers have decided to take up home in my engine. I park my car in a non-heated garage, and this past week, I have had to pull out TWO mice nests. The thing that sucks is that they are using the insulation from the firewall to make the nests, so they are potentially dangerous to the rest of the engine (wires, hoses, etc.). It I catch the little buggers, I'll stick them in the exhaust pipe after a good hard drive...see how they like the heat then
Anyone else ever dealt with this? Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance.

My brother had that problem too-->>
he just started parking in his garage shortly after they chewed thru one of his hoses.

After, this I read an article on Motor Trend that confirmed this "Mice make homes during the winter, usually the exhaust pipe."
Mice?
A long time ago, my dad opened up the hood of his car (dunno if it was his 84 Max or 79 Corolla) and a cat jumped out. I guess cats know where the mice are hiding.

I just bought some poison, and some traps...the works
These little monsters are not going to last long. I am afraid that they are also sitting in the exhaust pipes of my motorcycle as well (I start it up once a week during the winter, and the pipes get pretty warm). This stuff better work. Anyway, thanks guys for the suggestions!
