Where is it on the body? Big clump? If you can get behind the metal. Tap at it from the back.

they are streaks behind the wheels, like when mud flies up from ur tires...i think it's cement cus it's too hard to be paint.

i'm gonna try that rubbin compound

If rubbing compound can take off cement, what do you think will happen to the paint??

Soak it with water somehow, then carefully rub/scrape off rubbing on cement only. Turn rag often.

I was cleaning one of the work trucks and it had that burnt rubber **** on it so I took a paint scraper and a rag and I wet the rag with goof-off and then put the rag on top of the blade and scrape it off, Its kinda risky on your paint but it worked on the truck. If its cement try to smack it from behind

I doubt it's cement unless you did a burnout on someone's new drying driveway...because streets are made of asphalt (tar)...if it's tar, head down to pep boy's and get a tar removal product...if it IS actually cement...good luck.

Nam, are you sure it's cement? How in the world did cement got on there? I'm thinking it's some dried up mud that's harden. I was in a similar situation like yours before. I though it was cement, but it turned out to be some really hard dried up mud. I used a bug/tar remover spray to get rid of it. Try that.

yea, i'm not sure if it's cement or how it got on there, it looks like mud splashing up from the wheels...but there's no way it can be mud...cus that thing is too hard...it feels like rock...but it's a pretty thin layer...i tried scraping it with my fingers, some parts i was able to get off(the very thin parts) but the other parts are hard as rock...if it was tar or dried up mud, i dont think it would be that difficult to take off...tar remover wont work on it

You can also try Mayonnaise, just put it on thick, and let it sit for a while. I read it somewhere
