I would consider rebuilding that retaining wall at the same time. It's going to be a recurring problem with runoff into your driveway in the future....which ultimately transends into erosion. And remember, if you don't want to scrape everytime you pull into your driveway make sure the contractors don't build it at a slope any greater than 10%. Around 12-13% you'll start to bottom-out, and judging by the pics, that's gonna be one big transition area. I do this for a living and just trying to help a fellow .org brotha out
