smog in california

is there anyway of getting around the non-carb certified warpspeed intakes in california when getting the smog checked?

take it off and then put it on after the smog check

does anyone know if they care about an aftermarket exhaust for the smog check?

How about a local smog guy, instead of the major auto repair chains. The local guys "probably" wont care what intake you have just as long you have a filter.
