Auto for Auto, I figured the GT would be quicker due to HP to weight ratios, but I walked by two-three car length a 97 GT Mustang. This is in my brand new 01 i30T, which should pick up a little more when it brakes in?

The car is strangely quick? I’m being serious here. I drove a 01 SE Maxima right before I bought it, and if felt like a lot more then only 5HP advantage. It also shifts touching red line for an auto?

I also have a 96 moded Maxima, and a drag racer, so I know the VQ, and speed. Its weird. Maybe beating the 4.6 Mustang isn’t really a confirmation of the phenomena? I know the Infiniti adds VLSD, and 5HP, but it also weights more? Do they also retune the trany or chip? Once it shifted the trany pretty hard, and makes a whaling noise at WOT. Maybe I’m just going nuts, or this engine is not right. Not like I’m complaining because whatever, if anything is wrong, is making it faster, unless its going to fall apart soon. Stange, no?
