I posted a thread concerning a gunmetal dash kit and someone suggested paining my dash pieces. I was wondering if any one has actually done this. If so did you use some kind of primer, did you sand first. Did you use some kind of clearcoat and how durable was the finish and was it comparable to a manufactured kit. If you had it to do all over again would you do it?
