Where else you gonna run it? The desert?

I typically find a level place on a highway, pull over, throw on my hazards, wait for traffic to clear, then go..

I do my runs on very quiet roads. Out here in Huntington Beach, California...there is the Seal Beach Naval Weapons Reserve. You have 1.3 miles from one light signal to the next of secluded 4 lane road. I just drive up one way...scan the traffic...look for cops...turn around...and go nuts.

Use it at the track, it's just about the only place the results will be worth a damn. Any bumpiness or slant in the road will cause it to give you some retarded numbers and then you'll go to the track and wonder why you cant run 14.6 @ 128mph.

I used to have this quiet street about 1 mile long in an industrial park. Used to use it at night when no one was around. Unfortunately, you still have to search for cops wherever you use it

There are lots of back roads that I can use it in around here. I just have to watch out for deer.

How hard is it to hook up a GTECH?

Will my dealer give me any trouble about having the GTECH hooked up?
What could he say?
Does the GTECH unit come out from the mounting position in order for noone to know I have it?

You just plug it into your cigarette lighter, then use the suction cup to hook it onto your windshield...mounts and unmounts in under 5 seconds flat...

WOW, I always thought you would need to hook it up to your ecu or some major part, How does it work just hooked up to the cigarette lighter?
