hey
did you install your Koni's yet? ive done 3 Koni installs including my own car. Its not TOO hard. Its juss kinda time consuming. Hopefully you got some good tools and a good spring compressor. I have the Ground Control/Koni setup and i wouldnt recommend the default 450lb front and 300lb rear. Id opt for 375 all around like Cattman Coils or something simular. lemme know if you got questions....

spring rate?
when u say 450lbs in front and 300lbs in tha back u talking about the spring rate of tha gc ? cause i have default settings for stock struts. hows tha ride quality? the back bounce at all?

if you juss order the Ground Controls without specifying what spring rate you want the default will be 450lb and 300lb. I think this is setup for some big understeer. My ride is ok, it gets pretty bad on bumpy surfaces, it shouldnt be as bad if you dont lower it more then 2.5" i would say. I thought you were using Koni's? its gonna be really bouncy with stock struts, with the Koni's and adjusted properly my ride doesnt bounce.
