security system - a little help?

Who makes a good aftermarket security system that would work well on a maxima for a decent price? - somewhere around 200$. Thanks

For $200 you mind as well use bubble gum... j/k

You'll need to spend at least $300-$500 for a decent alarm. Like a Viper, Hornet series.. Get something with the new lcd pager. Viper 790xv is what I have and I highly recommend it..

Get a pager alarm off E-Bay, like this one:

Sure, it looks sketchy, but my roommate and I have had them (that exact remote, different unit) for six months, and we have installed them on 3 of our friends cars, no problems.
The car alarm market is completly fake anyways, almost everything that is name brand is made by DEI, regardless of brand.

Just gotta find someone to do the install for you. Ask an installer at an auto accessory place to do it off hours.
