check the tire size of a 245-35-21...Should fit, measure side to side...meaning from door jam fender to other side of the fender toward the side marker.

Yikes... The stock 225/50/17s measure 25.9 diameter... If you've dropped the car forget it. If you haven't dropped the car I still doubt they will fit. To be 100% sure your best bet would be to jack it up by the suspension, pull the wheel off and measure EVERYTHING...

so 20s are probably the maximum huh??

found those giovanna dramas with 255/35/r21's on them brand new for 2150 on ebay.

they retail for 1195 per rim which amazes me.

I looked on Ebay and found them, I see he has five sets, that strikes me very oddly.

112 is not going to fit you'd have to get them re drilled. Thats the first thing.

Offset looks fine sount' rub, but it's all coming down to wheather or not it clears the way i told you to measure.

29.5 from wheelwell near door to sidemarker wheelwell ending. give or take 1.8 of an inch. i know i factored the rims are 28.14 inches with tires that come with them. whaddya think...i dont remember how to calculate how much space the rims would take up corner to corner...id think they'd rub when i turn.

I guess I missed the offset of the one that said 114.3

Take your wheels off...Take the tape measure and center it and spin it, that will tell you if you will clear. Or make a card board cutout that will tell you some.

so i just went outside...it cleared when i put a 28.2 inch cut board from the middle of the wheel spindle, and spun it by hand...the top only cleared by like 1/6th of an inch...wont suspension travel screw me over? also i dont understand the whole turning thing. i know wheels when turned will be even wider than the 28.14 inches (diagonal to diagonal measurement) and probably rub..if it was you, would you just stick with 20s or would you attempt to put 21s on it.

also do i have to measure from the actual spindle with the wheel off to get the most accurate measurement...cause i think id get much more room with the wheel off if i measured from the spindle center (mainly tire compression from the weight).

thanks for all your help

as far as 21's fitting, you might be able to pull it off w/ a low pro tire, 35 series, i'm guessing you might have to roll your fenders

I'm not sure what mods he had to do to get them on his 4th gen, i believe he used to be on this forum, maybe someone remembers

I think it would fit but it would definately rub. I have 20x8.5 w/ 255/35 rubber and i rub a little when i turn.

1/6" clearance... wow.. Pull all your suspension out and replace it with cement blocks! Your rides going to be a little rough, but those 21s will look sweet...

honestly its a lot of money to gamble on, and i REALLY don't think they will fit... Hell they may have a hard time fitting some trucks!
