are bluish parking lights illegal? like the ones that actually give off blue light?
and are xtravisions or cool blues brighter?

Sylvania Xtravisions and Cool Blues are excellent lights.
Anything blue is illegal. All depends on how the
are in your area. Some let you get away with it, but get pulled over for speeding and be sure you'll get equipment violations for the blue super rice white bulbs.
