Anyone installed a short throw shifter??

Just thought id ask if anyone has installed themselves/or paid someone to install a short throw shifter? Do you like it? how much did it cost you (part and then labor)? What year Max??

yes people have done the sts(short throw shifter)mod. ANy place can install it for about 80 bucks and up if your in the nyc area.. out in long island at MaximumTuning aka Jeff's shop charges about 80 bucks to install it.. i dont remember which one is better but i think it was placeracing or somthing like that..

i used to have one before it snapped off on me. nice though while i had it.. now i just have the stock one hacked off about 2 inches. cost me about $30 for my mech in install it. about a 45 minute job

I just put mines in yesterday, i love it, i paid 25$ on ebay, i installed it myself because i also did my y-pipe , the hardest part of the hole job was removing the cat bolts, i could shift with almost a flick of a wrist.
